He was born on September 26, 1975, into a family that valued discipline as much as ambition. That value never left him. He began as an educator. Standing in front of a classroom as a Senior Lecturer, he watched what happens when one good teacher opens a door that poverty, distance, or circumstance had closed to a student. That memory has stayed with him through every role he has taken on since.

Technology followed, not as a change in direction but as an extension of the same instinct. Certifications in Cisco networking, Oracle systems, Microsoft platforms, and ITIL service management were never trophies for a wall. He used them as tools, deploying systems and infrastructure for people and institutions that needed them.

When his attention turned to healthcare, he carried the same discipline with him. As Chief Executive Officer of Complete Care Support Services Inc. in Maryland, he built a healthcare support organization around one principle: that every person receiving care deserves to be treated with dignity, not processed as a case file. To him, healthcare is not an industry to extract value from. It is a covenant kept with the people who trust you with their wellbeing.
